How does Magnesium benefit the body?
Magnesium functions in more than 300 metabolic reactions in the body. It is essential for the formation and maintenance of bones and teeth, in converting blood sugar into energy and for effective nerve and muscle functioning. It also aids in the synthesis of protein and the body’s genetic material.
