1) This song encourages us to "stick to the rivers and lakes you're used to." What body of water is nearest your home -- pond, lake, river, gulf or sea?

2) Have you ever visited a waterfall? If so, please tell us about it. 
There is a little waterfall down in the park, we walked down there in the fall.

Kind of quiet. It would be my dad's birthday today. Went with my sis to see Son of God. Now the family is going out to supper. Somber, would be how i feel today.
4) The girls in TLC originally began hanging around together in an Atlanta-area hair salon. When did you last sit in a stylist's chair?
2 weeks ago. I think I am going back tomorrow, i have some 'neck sprouts' i would like to get rid of!! 
 
5) While she she spent her adolescence in Atlanta, bandmember Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins was born in Des Moines. Do you live in or near the town where you were born?
Next town over. Right where I belong. With my family.
  6) One of T-Boz' recent public appearances was on the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Do you watch any of the popular Bravo Real Housewives shows?
All but Miami. 
  7) In the 1990s, band member Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes was romantically involved with an Atlanta Falcons football player. They shared his upscale, two-story mansion. How would you describe your abode (house, cottage, apartment, condo, studio, etc.)?
I have a 2 bedroom ranch with an awesome back yard. Its perfect for my 'kids' and I. Lots of room for them to run and chase squirrels!! 
  8) Ms. Lopes was accused of arson when, after the couple argued, that mansion happened to burn down. When was the last time you lost your temper? How did you express your anger? (If it was with a criminal act, you may wish to keep it to yourself.) 
I have to say, I haven't lost my temper in a few years. Usually I cry when I am angry. A big sign of weakness to me.
 
9) Today the third member of TLC, Chilli, designs personalized handbags. They cost about $225 each. What's the most expensive thing you have bought recently?
I paid my property taxes! 795.62

    You are right. You are just were you belong, with your family. I thought my family would be close but it just didn't happen. They are better off where they are, though, and I accept it. Hope your feelings will rise over the next months and years and happy memories of your Dad will replace that sadness.

    I don't miss my hometown much as CA is a lot different than it use to be. I do miss the one daughter who stayed. DD2 is here with us, next door.

      I do miss CA. 4 years was so beautiful, but the situation got bad. I thought I would one day like to move back, but... I am pretty happy being 'home' and I do best 3000 miles from my ex!! Thank you for dropping by! :)

    Oh, jeez...property taxes! Yep, I didn't think of them. Actually, I actively avoid thinking about them whenever possible.

    I'm still near my family, too...though sometimes I wish I lived further away from them. My family can be a tad overwhelming at times...and there's only (really) 4 of them.

    I just lost my dad in October...I feel your pain.

      I am sorry about your dad. My mom passed 1 year this month. I hate getting older sometimes. I am so content being with my family. I was blessed enough to spend 4 years in CA, and I can say I actually lived there, bur REALLY, I LIVE here. xoxo Have a good weekend :)

      I got hooked on them when it first started. I worked in Orange County and the Housewives of OC were the first ones... and from there the addiction blossomed. :)

    I am sorry about your dad. Taxes are a necessary evil. I am always grateful I live in a nice enough place to pay taxes on.
