Quiet...

I love quiet. Peaceful. Alone. Wonderful. Its been that kind of day. I got up pretty early and started baking what I could, then showered and headed out for a bit. I made a Banana Bread for Kimmi, our dog groomer. Every time I take the kids to get a mani pedi, she never charges me, so I made her some bread. She has no idea how wonderful it is when she says 'no charge'. She doesn't even take a tip. She is such a help.

I really hurt myself today at Aldi's. I decided I didn't need a cart because I only had a few items. My left rotator cuff is torn (self diagnosed, but my right one was torn years ago and its the same feeling) and I got sugar, brown sugar and a few cans of carrots ( the dogs have carrots with their meals). I was alright carrying the things, but when I bent to set them down, I felt that horrible pain shoot through my shoulder into my back. Egads, it took a couple of hours to be able to use my arm again. Dr. Rich and I are going to have to figure something out soon.

Anywho, baked up a load of cookies tonight and got caught up with the Shahs of Sunset. DANG I love that show, and have a little 'girl crush' on Reza. I love the show, but mostly I love the religious issues that are addressed in it. They are in Turkey right now, and I love the buildings and the Mosques and the emotion. Love it.
