Questions for a New Year’s Eve Reflection Meme

Welcome back to Sunday Stealing which originated on WTIT: The Blog authored by Bud Weiser. Here we will steal all types of memes from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent memes. You may have heard of the expression, “honor amongst thieves”. 1. What was the single best thing that happened this past year?

There are no single best things. Even with my mom passing away, its been a pretty good year. 
2. What was the single most challenging thing that happened?

My mom passing away and trying to keep a focus on school.
3. What was an unexpected joy this past year?  

A new relationship.
4. What was an unexpected obstacle?

a couple of financial decisions I had to make.
5. Pick three words to describe 2013.  

Thank You Lord
6. What were the best books you read this year?  

I read a bunch of text books. None worthy of the term 'best'!
7. With whom were your most valuable relationships?

My family.  
8. What was your biggest personal change from January to December of this past year?

Lightening up on my decisions of relationships.  
9. In what way(s) did you grow emotionally?  

Its weird, but when I first realized that I could trust again, realizing I could trust again was my biggest growth.
10. In what way(s) did you grow spiritually?  

I grow closer to the Lord, every day.
11. In what way(s) did you grow physically?  

I'm still the same, thank goodness!!
12. In what way(s) did you grow in your relationships with others?

Trusting again brought much more laughter and fun into all of my relationships.
