We may react to life from many different levels within ourselves. Sometimes it is emotional, sometimes intellectual and sometimes purely spiritual. When we go within to examine our thoughts and feelings before acting, we can respond to life rather than just reacting. We can use the vantage point of the higher self to integrate the information from the various levels of our being and make the best choices. Our higher self can rise above the emotional and mental to observe them with detachment. If you find yourself doubting the motives of others, allow your intuition to guide you on your next best step and trust that the information you receive from within today uses all the knowledge available to you from the universe itself.
