meanderings...

I don't know. Can you tell, can you not? Is it obvious that I have no desire to study OR work today? Ugh. I miss my puppies. I miss being home, and ... I miss my mom. I need Some Beach Somewhere!! To quote Brad Paisley!

Its so nice out, and I am so excited to go home tonight. My yard is , as I type, being mulched and the back yard, all the excess area is being covered and gravel put on top. No more ugly weeds. I have plants to put on the swing set thingie, which I was going to sell, but I think I'll keep it and make it a sort of bird sanctuary with feeders and flowers and chicken wire along the edges so killer kat won't eat, or worse, bring all of them into the house. Dang cat!! My hippie lawn guy wants this metal carousel of sorts for the scrap. I told him I was not paying him to take it out, if he wants it its on him. So, we'll see what he is going to do. I'll post pics here or on facebook when its all through.

I want to go to Ireland. Really. I am starting to obsess over it. I always thought my second husband and I would go there one day. He would be a blast to travel with unlike my first husband. Now I am thinking about going solo. I have looked into a package deal to Dublin, and its around 2k. That is with airfare, hotel, spending money and a guided tour to the castles. Its 4 days and 3 nights. I wanted to go on a cruise with my sister for my graduation, but she wants warm I want Alaska. My in laws were planning, I am not sure if they every went, but they wanted to cruise around Turkey and the Mediterranean. THAT would be awesome, but that long of a cruise, that much time away from home, I would want to do with someone. Ireland, I could handle alone for a couple of days. But... we'll see. I have lots of graduation plans. hahaha.

Well, its time for me to go back to the back offices.
