You Totally Respect Yourself
You have a very healthy sense of self-respect. In fact, you're downright amazing at self-care.
You don't have a selfish bone in your body, but you realize how imporant it is to make sure your needs are met.

You are good to yourself, and you take excellent care of your physical and mental health. You know when to say no.
By remembering who you are and what's important, you are able to shine. And putting yourself first helps you give to others.
