Saturday 9 - Good Morning Heartache

Good Morning, Heartache

Welcome to Saturday: 9. What we've committed to our readers is that we will post 9 questions every Saturday. Sometimes the post will have a theme, and at other times the questions will be totally unrelated. Those weeks we do "random questions," so-to-speak. We encourage you to visit other participants posts and leave a comment. Because we don't have any rules, it is your choice. We hate rules. We love memes, however, and here is today's meme!
1) Do you come up with your brightest ideas early in the morning or late at night?
I come up with my brightest ideas when I am on a deadline. I do my best when it has to be done 'yesterday'.
2) Are you more likely to feel romantic at night or in the morning?
Morning. I love morning 'romance' ;D
3) Do you shower in the morning, after work or before bed?
Before bed.
 4) Billie Holiday was just 44 when she died. Is there an artist whose early demise surprised and saddened you?
Jim Croce and Phoebe Snow.
5) Billie was known as "Lady Day." Do you have a cool nickname? (If not, feel free to give yourself one right now.)
No cool nickname, although my last husband had MANY choice names for me. 6) When was the last time you had the blues?
A couple of weeks ago.
7) Crazy Sam is eating Trader Joe's Snickerdoodles as she composes this. What's the last snack food you ate?
I made dried apples this morning, so those.
8) Do you worry about preserving endangered species? Or do you believe in survival of the fittest?
depends.
 9) Would you ever hire a lawyer who runs commercials on TV? Do you know anyone who has?
Yep Hellar Maas and Magil. STILL waiting ...

  1. Deadline can really motivate creativity, can't it? And what were those lovely names your exhusband had for you?

    1. He kind of liked the C word, to express his love, and frumpy lesbian usually prefaced that favorite word! I'm not a young little California girl, so that equated to being a frump! I guess those were terms of endearment. Funny how I can still hear them at any given time.

  3. Can dried apples be thought of as a snackfood in the same category as snickerdoodles? :)

  7. It is terrible how people use words to hurt others when there normally no basis for their claim. As for me, being an asshole sometimes is not a bad thing, at least expectations are low How is school going?

    1. Its funny because sometimes I CAN be one, but they were just used when he was 'caught' in something. I don't care, even though words hurt, I'm done being hurt by him.

On a lighter note, school is great except for Microsoft Office. My Accounting teacher has suggested that I change my major to accounting. No, I'm not that into math, but for the time being, I'm good with it. Thanks for asking. I cant wait til you aren't working so much!!! Have a great Sunday! xo
