Thursday Thunks ~ 13 Thoughts on a Thursday Morning.

1. What a day yesterday was. Doctor's for Spikey and I both. He got the 'all clear', I start another round of tests. "Why are you NOT on disability? Clearly you cannot walk anymore and CLEARLY standing is not something you can do"... hahaha, yeah, OK. I don't have a choice. All I know is 'physical labor', so on we go with a myriad of tests and $$$'s. Just 1 year and 3 quarters and I'll have my associates degree. *sigh*
2. I got the most beautiful basket of flowers yesterday with no card. I just cried because even though there was no card, they brightened my heart as much as my living room. ty
3. I am thinking about getting rid of one of the couches in the living room. My mom says we need them both, but I'm trying to downsize a bit.
4. "No Driving". Mom...NO DRIVING!! this is killing her.
5. I 'traded in' my school books from last quarter, got a $200 gift credit at Amazon.com and stocked up on some nice baking pans, vitamins and of course, Romance Perfume. Dang, I wish I would have gotten a load of Prilosec while I was spending. I love Amazon. And I save a TON with the free shipping items.
6. Becks...I need a breakfast date. I am having Panera withdrawal.
7. So, I get a few emails last week. Someone has tried to get into my Yahoo accounts, My gmail accounts (my blogs) AND my Chase Bank accounts. So I had to change all of my accounts at the bank, now I have to decide how to peruse this bs.
8. Yummy, I bought some chicken, and mixed greens, strawberries, blueberries and sw/sour dressing for a grilled chicken salad tonight for dinner. Rose is going to hate it, but I'm so crazy over that salad! Bought some corn on the cob too.
9. Gearing up for the 'cupcake-a-thon' for next week!!
10. I bought this awesome shampoo yesterday. You know what I miss, Lemon-Up. Remember when that was all the rage? Lemon shampoo and conditioner, lemon perfume, lemon everything!
11. Since I got my hair cut off, I feel naked. I like the freedom and how fast my hair dries now, but I miss that long hair at times.
12. I need a PEDICURE! hahha. I was embarrassed when Dr Rich was checking my feet yesterday. I said 'sorry about those in need of polish toes, but I did shave my legs for you'!! He said 'I only have one patient like you!!!'. I took that as a compliment.
13. Well, off to my day. Dogs, friends and stop off at Boardman Police Dept. Hmmm I think I'll make some strawberry brownies today.   Oh, thank you for all of your kind words after the 'BASHING' from my ex. I appreciate what you said, and yes, Hermitage, I may take you up on that lunch offer. Not to discuss him though!!!
