I Want To Be Famous

Welcome back to Sunday Stealing which originated on WTIT: The Blog authored by Bud Weiser. Here we will steal all types of memes from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent memes. You may have heard the expression, “honor amongst thieves”. In that age-old tradition, we try to credit the blog that we stole it from. We also provide a link to the victim's meme in our "Previous Victims" widget. (It's our way of saying "Thanks!") Sometimes we edit the original meme, to make it more relevant to our global players, to challenge our players, to select the best questions, or simply to make it less repetitive from this new meme or recently asked questions from a previously featured meme.  Cheers to all of us thieves!!!

I Want To Be Famous Meme
Stolen from: Surveysurveysurvey

1. Would you like to be famous? In what way?
No, I am not big on attention.

 2. Before making a telephone call, do you ever rehearse what you are going to say? Why?
If I am filing a complaint, or calling about my disability insurance. I tend to forget, so I write things  down.

 3. What would constitute a “perfect” day for you?
Really...every day is perfect. I don't require much and even when bad things happen, it will pass, and God will give me the ability to deal with everything.

 4. When did you last sing to yourself? To someone else?
This morning, I was singing to the 'kids'!! haha

 5. If you were able to live to the age of 90 and retain either the mind or body of a 30-year-old for the last 60 years of your life, which would you want?
Mind.

 6. Do you have a secret hunch about how you will die?
I think I will be killed. And I have a hunch who the killer will be. My family is forewarned.

 7. For what in your life do you feel most grateful?
My salvation. I have lost a beautiful relationship because of my beliefs, and some days I wish I could have just overlooked a thing or two, but I am committed to the Lord. Losing a great man was a hard decision. I still lay in bed at night and cry. On the OTHER HAND... I worry that I was just a booty call... so, either way, I ended it.

 8. If you could change anything about the way you were raised, what would it be?
I wish my parents loved me. I wish they were affectionate, and touched and held us. I wish I weren't abused. But both of my parents were abused, so in reality, they didn't know how. BUT they were great providers, made sure we had a vacation twice a year, had everything we needed ( if THEY thought we needed it) , very responsible. My dad retired from the Post office after 35 years of service , serve d in the Marines two tours in the war. Was faithful to my mom. My mom was a teacher for learning disabled for almost 30 years, worked 2 jobs when needed, was faithful to my dad. They were both family oriented and we grew up close to all of our aunts and uncles and cousins...so,  I can't really complain, I just had to come to terms with it, and learn not to be like my parents in their 'bad' ways. I miss them both terribly, and will never ever stop loving them.

 9. If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one quality or ability, what would it be?
I would love to  be a therapist. Drug counseling

 10. If a crystal ball could tell you the truth about yourself, your life, the future or anything else, what would you want to know?
How 'this life' really turns out.

 11. What does friendship mean to you?
It means being there. It means calling and saying hello, or I love you, or lets do coffee or dinner. Its caring, REALLY caring about people. A morning text to have a great day, an evening message or email just to keep in touch. Its giving your all, even when you are tired or not in the mood. Its like a marriage. Giving 110% even if you don't even get 1% in return. Its giving and receiving love.

 12. What roles do love and affection play in your life?
I am not much of an affectionate girl. Couple rough relationships can bruise your confidence. But, I DID date the most amazing man not too awful long ago. This goes back to doing things that hurt my Testimony ... but I have to admit, when he held me... I have NEVER felt anything  like that. He made me LOVE affection. He would kiss me when we were together, he once told me something NO ONE  had ever told me... " I am SO attracted to you". Gawd, I loved that guy. He hugged like no one else, and when he held my hand and kissed me in public... I was SO PROUD to be loved ... oops wrong word. with someone SO beautiful, and caring and who's smile, melted my heart. Since my first husband and I have remarried, we still live in 2 separate homes, and even though we spend Saturday night together, sometimes, nothing has happened between us. We are comfortable with each other. I wish I could have JJ give him some man to man tips ;)

 13. When did you last laugh?
I was on the phone this morning with Sheila ... my niece. We laughed for an HOUR. I MISS HER SO.... and when she moves to Australia... my heart will break.

 14. Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Since my vertigo.. or when my vertigo is in full force like its been all month, I tend to stay up REALLY late. The spinning doesn't agree with me. But late or not, I am up at 5 or 6 am everyday.

 15. Seen anything weird lately?
Saw Boardman Police take a guy down in front of my house the other night/ morning. Sometimes being a night owl is interesting!!

  3. My parents weren't abusive, but they were so emotionally distant they may as well have been. I doubt physical blows could have hurt more. They were like your parents, too, in that they were totally responsible and family oriented. There were a lot of good things in my childhood, but I'd have traded it all for a hug and approval once in a while.

    1. I think our generation has made major changes because of what we DIDN'T get. I am thankful they were who they are, and made me who I am today . xo
