I buy 2 huge jars at Sams at the beginning of each month. I use it in everything I make. I put it in my dog's homemade food twice a day. With Chia, Magnesium, Turmeric and Ginger, I have felt so much better in the past 2 months. Once I ran out of Magnesium and boy did I notice a drop in my energy level. I have lost almost 15 lbs, too!!!
